Fanatec CSR Pedals and Inversion Kit Orders Open
Fanatec’s Thomas Jackermeier posted on his blog that the CSR pedals and CSR/CSR Elite Pedal Inversion Kit are available for purchase for US and EU customers. The pedals are scheduled to start shipping on December 1, 2011, and the inversion kit is available immediately.
The CSR pedals, as pictured above are priced at $79.95. The pedals have some adjustable features and are $70.00 less than the CSR Elite pedals. The regular CSR pedals are based on the Elite design, however there are some notable differences.
According to Fanatec’s pedal comparison chart, the two have several differences. Only the Elite has the load cell brake and adjustable brake sensor, vertical adjustability of pedals, adjustable pedal angle, and USB direct connection.
The regular CSR pedals are to be compatible with most of Fanatec’s wheel lineup and are listed (along with the inversion kit info) after the jump:
- Forza Motorsport CSR Wheel
- Forza Motorsport CSR Elite Wheel
- Porsche 911 Carrera wheel
- Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel (not 911 turbo)
- Porsche 911 GT2 wheel
- Porsche 911 GT3 RS wheel
The inversion kit, which helps provide more realism and better comfort/ergonomics, is for both CSR and Elite pedals and costs $49.95. The kit contains 3 sets of inversion plates (left and right side), rubber covers (only needed for CSR Elite pedals, and screws.
