Simraceway's 1969 McLaren M6
Free-to-play online racer Simraceway adds its next premium car for purchase: the 1969 McLaren M6 GT. The McLaren M6 GT is so rare that experts apparently don’t know how many genuine examples exist.
As the game’s site further describes, “Sadly only one factory-built model remains, so the only way most of us are going to get to climb inside the imagination of a true automotive pioneer is to purchase one of our faithfully-recreated M6 GTs and let it loose on the Simraceway tracks.”
In other words, for the price of $2.11. racers can now increase the McLaren’s presence in the virtual wild. This adds to last week’s addition of the Bentley Continental SS.
The Simraceway blog offers some advice on how to tame the beast:
Brake early, get back on the throttle early, make sure it’s set up to understeer and, oh yes, just one more thing Martin Bolsover wants you to remember: “If you are driving it hard, the back tyres will go off. And, of course, your brakes will fade.”
