Assetto Corsa
Developer Kunos Simulazioni has published an online timeline for its 2012 sim project Assetto Corsa. I would say that it’s more a timeline of when Assetto made its presence known on the web, as opposed to when the developers actually started planning for the game. The first entry is for the timeline is on December 20, 2011, when Kunos began teasing the project.
Interestingly enough, the development timeline seems to go up to February 7, 2013 now. Though Assetto Corsa is scheduled for a 2012 release, post-release development should be expected, what with patches, free add-on content, and paid DLC.
I really appreciate transparent dev teams, and I look forward to seeing how Kunos populates this timeline hopefully with past and future updates.
