Publisher Ubisoft has revealed Techland’s Mad Riders is coming to PC, Xbox Live Arcade, and PlayStation Network this spring. Players can race customizable ATVs and Buggies in 3 online, multiplayer modes with up to 12 competitors on 45 tracks. In Mad Riders, boosting is key to victory, and players fill their boost bars by performing stunts or by collecting rings.
Developers at Techland last worked on Nail’d, a similar racer that went to retail for current gen consoles and PC retail. We’ll see in the spring how much has been improved since Nail’d. If nothing else, Mad Riders will be a fraction of the cost, as is expected with downloadable releases.
Those interested can check out more photos on Ubisoft’s Mad Riders site.
