Games.ch Forza Horizon Preview: The Right to Party

Games.ch have posted a preview of Forza Horizon, ‘the craziest Forza of all time‘.

Forza Motorsport… was always a mark for motor sports purists… It was important for the correct tire pressure to have the perfect suspension. Forza Horizon is about the right to party.

Games.ch suggest however that players looking for a more traditional Forza experience may not necessarily be disappointed with Horizon:

Forza fans can breathe as Horizon is still Forza. We turn off all driving aids, the Viper feels really snappy on, we must be careful that the tail does not break and commute the car again.

The preview also reveals that dynamic weather will be a part of Forza Horizon:

Fully dynamic weather system is included in Forza Horizon. If we decide to shortcut through the desert and it starts to rain, the fine grains becomes thick mud, locking the wheels and slowing the car.

As most likely will be NOS and the ability for players to pimp their Horizon ride:

Even the cars look a bit more stylish, can be tuned with underbody lighting and chrome fixtures. Whether a nitrous oxide injection has been provided but not yet revealed, but as our Viper SRT had a red button on the steering wheel NOS is likely that “The Fast and the Furious” feature considered to be confirmed.

As Games.ch points out, Forza Horizon isn’t Forza Motorsport 5, but a ‘party speedster’ game that should appeal to the NFS type player in addition to dedicated Forza enthusiast wanting to blow of some steam.

Do not worry love racing purist: The original developer Turn 10 is working on Forza Motorsport 5 needs, but a little more time. Therefore, this party speedster is inserted, but has made us really, really happy!
