Steam Sale – Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012

John Polson July 17, 2012

Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 is available on Steam for Windows users for $3.49 if purchased within next 30 hours.

Train Simulator 2012 allows players to drive steam, diesel and electric trains on routes in the UK, US and Germany. Built-in tutorials help newcomers with the controls and driving techniques.

The game has “train-assists” via the The Cab Control interface, while the expert mode allows sim enthusiasts to drive with accurate locomotive controls.

The Deluxe version, containing the Horseshoe Curve Expansion Pack, is also 90% off as is the Haulin’ USA Pack, containing the Northeast Corridor Expansion Pack, Horseshoe Curve Expansion Pack, and Donner Pass: Southern Pacific.

Collecting train sets is expensive. It appears collecting the entire Railworks 3 collection is expensive, too.

Priced at normally $240, the complete collection (on sale for $49.99) contains the game, UK Buildings Model Pack (Free DLC), Horseshoe Curve Expansion Pack, Class 325 Add-On, Cologne – Dusseldorf Add-On, PRR K4 Steam Locomotive Add-On, Settle to Carlisle Add-on, London to Brighton Add-On, and 4CIG Southern Add-On.

This huge savings is only valid for the next day, so act fast if you are interested in at least trying  Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 for 90% off.
